Here are Tonight's Headlines. As the Sixth day of Israeli bombing of Gaza gets underway, international outrage grows at the number of innocent men, women and children dieing so easily at the hands of the poor, desperate, peaceful Israeli nation. Four hundred Palestinians have willfully, maliciously, and purposefully died compared to only four Israelis. UN officials have called for a cease fire to allow Israel to re-arm and give mediators time to talk to Palestinians into dieing a bit harder. Israel has refused to allow aid or journalists into Gaza for fear it would cause more indiscriminate dieing and independent description of their genocide to be broadcast.

In its draft report, released in August 2008, NIST attempted to cover up evidence that WTC7 fell at freefall, but the coverup was transparent. Two possibilities:

(1.) The optimistic one is that Barack Obama will be honor his campaign rhetoric and be a champion of the people who elected him. However, to do this, he will have to stay very independent from his DLC right wing and recycled Clinton corporate appointments to date.

(2.) The sadly more realistic scenario is that his appointments to date are an appetizer of the meal to come. In short, we have been snookered again and we're back to the square one of a puppet government of astronomically rich elites.

In his latest column for the New Statesman, John Pilger reaches back into the history of the Democratic Party and describes the tradition of war-making and expansionism that Barack Obama has now left little doubt he will honour.
