The national non-partisan immigration enforcement organization known as ALIPAC is calling on President Barack Obama to publicly apologize to the Congress, media, and the entire nation for lying about illegal immigrants having access to health care reform benefits.

"Considering the large volume of evidence suggesting President Obama lied in his speech before Congress, he should follow Congressman Joe Wilson's example and apologize immediately," said William Gheen of ALIPAC. "Many people feel Joe Wilson was rude, but that is pale by comparison to the President of the United States of America intentionally lying to Congress, the media, and every American."

Drug traffickers are planting millions of marijuana plants on U.S. public lands ever closer to tourist sites, guarding their plots with heavy weaponry, federal authorities say.

Though traffickers have been planting on public lands for years, figures from the U.S. Forest Service indicate the sheer volume of marijuana plants on public land has increased every year since 2005 — by millions. And those are just the plants that the government knows about and has destroyed.

Most pot farms are cultivated by low-level cartel workers, many who are working to pay off smugglers who helped them cross the border, officials have said. Campsites are sophisticated and well hidden, with foxholes and sniper nests, Arthur told CNN.

Texas taxpayers spent $678 million on healthcare for illegal immigrants

"Healthcare for illegal immigrants cost the Texas government and local hospital districts $678 million in a year, according to a new study that state lawmakers hope will show the federal government how much Texas is spending in uncompensated care for illegal immigrants.

The study, by the Texas Health and Human Services Commission, estimates that $597 million of the total was spent by 94 public hospitals during fiscal 2005-06.

~~~~As always, my nemesis, Commandante Pedro writes gritty letters telling me how Mexico continues its reconquest of the United States. Pedro said, "Oh Mr. Frosty! Can't you see the writing on the wall? Don't you see the signs of the times? The politicians know who to kowtow and cater to. The White vote is irrelevant. That was proven on 11/04. We are the future; therefore it is our bottoms which must be kissed.

~~First of all, somewhere between 300,000 to 500,000 illegal aliens supplant Coloradan citizens out of jobs in this state. If a Coloradan cannot work, that citizen cannot buy food for the supper table for his/her family.
